We would love to work with you 1-on-1 (or 1-on-2).
Unlike a formal group class setting, our private session options are for only 1-2 people, and allow us to get a feel for what you are looking for. From there, we build a custom practice around that.
The possibilities are endless for private sessions, but some examples could include:
getting comfortable on the mat - beginning your yoga practice
understanding Sun Salutations - building confidence in vinyasa yoga
finding the right practice for you - yin, vinyasa, hatha, meditation
finding a safe yoga practice that works with your body, mobility, injuries

creative transitions - learn to incorporate poses and transitions you love into your vinyasa practice

Our studio has almost everything you need for your practice, including mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, weights, blankets, walls, mirrors, and the softest yoga floor! Just bring a water bottle and a towel.
