Ashley Kampen

Ashley is a co-owner of District Yoga Collective and a RYT200 yoga instructor. Initially developing a consistent yoga practice to compliment her running, she found it truly became a passion after attending hot classes at thehotroom Yoga Studio (where she eventually completed her training). Ashley loves exercise and wellness, and always finds time to try out a different class or studio when she is visiting somewhere new.

She grew up in Rosetown, and after being away for 10 years, returned back home with her husband Boyd to raise their family. They have two daughters and a shared love for running, travel, and spending time with family and friends at the lake and the rink.

Ashley teaches Hot Yoga Foundations (hot and warm versions), Hot Vinyasa, Hot Yoga Shred, and Warm Yin.

Tracy loves the sweat, muscle toning and full-body challenge of Hot Yoga Foundations. At the other end of the spectrum, she enjoys Warm Yin for slowing down (it’s a very real challenge) and letting go; but it is not without silently improving strength, mobility and flexibility. Vinyasa is another one of Tracy’s favorite yoga practices.

Tracy has been a resident of Rosetown for almost 15 years. She and her husband Wilson have 3 children and enjoy spending time at the lake, the rink, and on family vacations.

Kelli1.png

Kelli Kahovec

Born and raised in Kelvington, Saskatchewan, Kelli moved to Rosetown in 2018 to be with her husband, Kelly (and before you ask, yes, they have the same name, and yes, she knows!!! )

Kelli’s exploration into yoga started 10 years ago. Initially, it was the strength and flexibility the practice provided that drew her to yoga. However, as her practice continued to grow and deepen, she fell in love with the mental clarity yoga provided. There are many reasons why Kelli loves to practice, but her main reason is to find balance – aligning the mind, body, and spirit.

She completed her 200-hour YTT in Regina in Spring 2021. Kelli’s excited to start this new journey with you and believes that yoga is for everyone and every ”body”. That is why she has chosen to educate herself in a variety of yoga styles including: Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Yang/Yin, Restorative Yin, and Guided Meditation.

Daneca Butterfield

Daneca is a RYT200 yoga instructor. Her desire to pursue yoga training started as a path to gain knowledge and enrich her own personal practice. However, it didn’t take long before her appreciation and awareness of the ancient tradition grew and she decided to teach.

Yoga has been a fundamental part of Daneca’s journey in discovering her inner purpose and she aspires to create a space for those attending her classes to discover and step into their own unique power, on the mat and off.

Hannah was born and raised in Saskatoon, where she spent the first 14 years of her life studying tap, jazz, and hip-hop at Sitter School of Dance, Juliette’s, Def Sol, and finally spent a year with the Saskatchewan Crush Dance Team - dancing at the Rush Lacrosse games.

Wanting to take her fitness journey in a new direction, Hannah received her certification in High Fitness, which combines her love of cardio and dance, and puts her enthusiasm, energy, and natural excitement to perfect us. She’s looking forward to providing a challenging yet rewarding experience in her classes, with loud music, party lights, and lots of sweat!
